Tratec Solutions supplies two types of vibration screen
FSA vibration screen
It is a robust freely supported vibrating screen developed based on years of experience with vibrating equipment.
The screen housing is bolted together and thus free from welding stress. The components used are standardised and the wear parts are easy to change. The housing is supported on spiral springs transferring a minimum of vibration to the foundation.
The vibrator shaft is supported by spherical roller bearings with grease lubrication. The roller bearings are specially designed to take the dynamic forces.
The power is transferred by v-belts from the motor, which is spring mounted or by the newest flange type vibration motors mounted on each side of the screen, connected by the Cardan shaft
The rotational speed of the screen can be suited to each individual task.
As a standard the vibrating screens are delivered in sizes from 1,25 x 4,0 m to 1,8 x 6,0 m in 2 or 3-deck versions for cross mounted screen-mesh made of rubber – polyurethane – or steel.
Other sizes are available.
A standard version vibrating screen housing is equipped with inlet chute, tensioning device for screens, springs, spring brackets, belt disks, V-belts, motor and motor foundation.
Optional equipment: Frame support, walkways and service platform, v-belt cover and screen-mesh.
Surface treatment: Sandblasted, primed and painted with a top coat to Tratec Agdermaskin standard.
FSR vibration screen
The screen is a horizontal machine equipped with 2 pieces of unbalanced vibrator motors. The engines are maintenance friendly. There are no V-belts or bearings. The aim is a directional vibration, high capacity and low noise.
The screen is equipped with sieve elements in both sieve decks.
